Charlie Morgan
With six albums and five world tours, Charlie was Elton John's drummer
for thirteen years. Charlie's resume reads like a who's who of pop music
with performances with Paul McCartney, Tina Turner, Cher and the Moody
Blues, among many others. Charlie has over 150 album credits and has
appeared on numerous international TV shows and movie soundtracks.

Still with playing
regular shows with
Orleans, and the Rock & Pop Masters (RPM).
RPM is visiting Iraq/Kuwait in for the July 4th Holiday, playing 5 gigs
for the troops.
The studio, in the Nashville house, is going strong. I've been doing a
lot of long-distance sessions, in particular for producer/arranger
Scott Erickson (Barry Manilow, Disney etc...).
We recorded an
album last year, for Mexican singer,
Manuel Mijares, which became the biggest selling album in Mexico in
2009. Early this year, Manuel's management asked us to record a sequel,
which was released in March, and went Gold in 3 days, and platinum a
couple of weeks after.
Since then, a number of Latin artists have asked us to do the same
treatment for them, so the studio has been very busy. We recorded an
album for
Yuri, a very successful Mexican singer, which comes out next week.
By all account this could be more successful than Mijares' CDs.
I've been helping develop a drum game "App" for the iPhone and iPad..
Drums Challenge (Charlie Morgan Edition) has just been released
worlwide.
