Nick Mason
Originally from Buffalo NY, Nick
Mason followed a deep passion for studying percussion. After 12 years of
dedication and practice at the Buffalo Music School, he began to give
private lessons of his own to students of all ages and skill levels.
Following stints of Drumming for successful bands such as Mad Yellow Sun
and the Voodoo Dollies, Nick became an in-demand session player around
the Western New York area in music styles ranging from Light Jazz to
Heavy Metal, and entitled him to receive three separate Western New York
Peoples Choice Awards.
Through his
persistence he has been able to keep and maintain professional
endorsements with the following: Peace Musical, Aquarian Drumheads,
Ahead Drumsticks, Zildjian Cymbals, Factory Metal Percussion, Coffin
Case, and MacEachern Drums. This has propelled his career to
record over 21 albums, singles, EPs, and soundtracks including videos
for Black Magic Marker, Suffercake, and Jack the Ripper.

New
Music project
I
will be soon working with and performing with Matt Lande. Matt
is a talented Vocalist, Guitarist, Writer and Producer. He is
the founder of the band 'Heaven is Where' and I strongly
recommend checking out his work. I had the privilege of seeing
him live last week in Burbank, and we chatted for a bit after
the show. It seems he is sick of playing acoustic shows, and I
felt his music could benefit from a full band. Thus lightning
strikes!
Shows and studio updates will be coming soon, in the mean time
